If you send your prayer request by email, please tell us:

1. Your name (first name only or no name at all, if you wish... God already knows who you are!).
2. Your contact information (if you wish to be contacted).
3. Your situation and prayer request (required, of course!).
4. Any other information we will need to assist you.

Whether by phone or email, your prayer request will be given to our Prayer Teams the same day it is received. In addition, we pray in advance that God will bless you and honor your trust in Him that you have demonstrated by reaching out for prayer!
